Experience- 6-10 yrs

Qualification- B.E/Btech

                     

-          Strong knowledge in C# .NET

-          Strong in OO design concepts, abstraction skills

-          Strong knowledge and hands on experience in OS concepts for Windows platform  

-          Deep appreciation of software engineering principles

-          Passionate about new trends in technology

-          Should have mentored small/medium teams in past 

-          Has depth of knowledge in the application domain e.g. Medical Systems, Telecommunication, Television etc.

-          Has breadth of knowledge i.e., how decisions in one functionality will impact another functionality

-          Shall preferably have a experience in owning and defining component level designs

M06:  Experience- 10-11 yrs- Software Architect

Qualification- B.E/Btech

-          Shall preferably have a experience in owning and defining a product architecture (preferably client/server model)

-          Shall have very good problem solving skills (performance, scalability and memory profiling)

-          Shall be able to evaluate multiple design approaches with structured approach

-          Shall be conversant with the domain and shall preferably have an experience of working closely with the end user

-          Experience in working on complex integration project would be a plus

-          Highly conversant with the Microsoft technology stacks and ability to evaluate technology stacks and identify industry trends

-          Deep appreciation of software engineering principles

-          Should have mentored medium/large teams in past 

-          Should have worked in a multi-site environment

-          Has depth of knowledge in the application domain e.g. Medical Systems, Telecommunication, Television etc.

-          Has breadth of knowledge i.e., how decisions in one functionality will impact another functionality

Description:

• Deliver analytics based solutions to 24/7 clients and customers

• Work closely with clients and partners to obtain and prepare data for analysis

• Complete intensive modeling engagements using advanced statistics, optimization and other quantitative methods (neural networks, data mining, systems dynamics etc.)

 • Provide business insights based on the modeling

 • Deliver presentations to clients in person and over phone/internet

Education:

·         Master’s or PhD from a reputed institution.

·         Field of graduate education – Mathematics, statistics, science, engineering, operations Research, business, computer science or management science

Additional Qualifications:

·   Coursework and thesis must involve extensive quantitative modeling and/or analysis.

·   Strong academic record.

Experience

Passion and deep technical competency in mathematical modeling and business analytics • 1-5 years (at least 3 years for analytics manager) experience in the application of modeling and business analytics to enable decision-making in business. Fresh PhDs can be considered • Experience with techniques such as Data mining, Advanced Statistics, Artificial Intelligence based methods, systems dynamics, Monte Carlo simulations, operations research/ optimization etc. • Experience in using tools such as SAS, SPSS, Excel-solver, data mining & text mining tools, crystal ball, other non-linear modeling tools • Proven problem-solving skills. • Excellent computation and data management skills. • Some programming skills • Ability to take complex and/or technical concepts and describe them in easy to understand business terminology. • Strong project management, writing and interpersonal skills.
